Shards of Sky is officially PUBLISHED!
Was this what it felt to be victorious? To fight in this seemingly endless battle called indie publishing—and win?
I made it.
As of April 18th, 2021, Shards of Sky is officially a published book.
It was quite possibly the hardest thing I've done in my life so far. I'll spare you the details, but I'll just say that publishing Shards of Sky has given me so much more respect for other indie authors I know, and helped me trust in God more.

✨ Grab a Copy of Shards of Sky ✨
As if now, you can officially grab copies of Shards of Sky from Amazon, whether it be paperback or an ebook to immediately be delivered to your reading device. And if you did grab a copy, I hope you enjoy and you're welcome to leave a review when you're finished—reviews matter a lot to indie authors like me.
✨ Spread the Word ✨
If you know someone who might enjoy Shards of Sky, you're welcome to go ahead and share this with them! It would mean so so much to me. If you'd like to spread the word on social media or shoot an email to friends or family, here's everything you'll need (including some free graphics!).
✨ What I Have Planned Next ✨
Now for the million-dollar question—what do I have up my sleeve next?
Well, you'll never know.
Okay, I was kidding. I have some pretty exciting ideas in the works, but right now, they're just that—ideas. For now, I'll be working on my sci-fi dystopian novel, The Library Keeper (title a work-in-progress), and signing books to celebrate the launch of Shards of Sky.
But no, I don't plan on publishing anything anytime soon. At the most, I'll be growing my mailing list, helping other indie authors, and focusing on other areas of growth in my life. And who knows? Maybe some of my photography will pop up on here in the future.
However, I'll still be blogging, of course. I have some pretty exciting content for writers and indie authors coming up soon—as well as actually sharing my writing! So that'll be exciting.
With that said, be sure to subscribe to my mailing list for exclusive updates!
Overall, Shards of Sky was definitely. . . a journey. It was hard. But with God's strength, it was made possible. And I can't wait to see where this story goes.
P. S. Thank you so much to everyone who supported me along this journey! You all are amazing. Have you read Shards of Sky yet? Are you going to grab a copy? Drop a comment and let me know!
I read your book and loved it! Is there a way to buy your next book directly? My parents are not shopping on Amazon currently. I really don’t want to miss out on this book!
Yay! Congrats so much! I look forward to reading it. :)
Ahh that's awesome Em!!! I'm getting a paperback right now!
